Conditions

Included in the rent paid:

Bed sheets, 1 towel and 1 bathroom towel, are provided for a week per person, upon your arrival at the Chalet résidence, and a dishcloth per apartment

Not Included in the rent paid :

spa and billiards:  with participation.
Cleaning of your place at end of stay.

a bath dress and beach shoes are mandatory for sauna, swimming-pool, spa.
(possible to rent such commodities on the spot, 5€ for the week).

Visitor's tax to pay for settle in the residence 0,70 € per day & per pers. and 0,40 € per child before 10 years

Guarantee :

Upon arrival to the Chalet residence, the customer pays a deposit with a number credit card or cash
300 € for this appartment  
This cash is never used. It will be returned on to you the week after your departure, deductive made for damages caused or lost of keys. In the case of repairs, a third party establishment will ensure the technical intervention.


Cancellation :

In the case the lease is canceled the deposit will be return to you if your rented apartment  is rented out within your booking period.

Cleaning your place upon departure

The cleaning must be done before your departure. Failure to meet this obligation, a down payment of 30€ euro will meet this duty. This money is paid back to you Thursday following your departure. On the other hand, for 48€ euro our staff could also clean your place . for this, please book this service one month before or more.
