Conditions

Inclusive the price:
The bathroom towers and bed sheets are provided for a week term, at the beginning of stay (do washing of sheet, a towel yourself).
The sauna, solarium, swimming pool.

Exclusive in the price:
cleaning tasks on end of stay.
Visitor's tax: 0,45 € per day & per person in ‘’Béthanie’’ and 0,60 € per day & per person in ‘’7 Mounts’’.


Guarantee:

Upon arrival to the hotel, the customer pays a deposit, an amount of:
300 € to cover 6 people
600 € for 6 people or more
This cash is never used. It will be returned on to you the week after your departure, deductive costs for damages caused or lost of keys. In the case of such damage, repairs are done by a third party establishment.

Cancellation:
The down payments will be return to you if your rented apartment or studio is rented out within your booking period.

Cleaning your place upon departure
Please, the cleaning must be done before your departure. Failure to meet this obligation, a down payment of 80 euro will meet this duty. This money is paid back to you Thursday following your departure. On the other hand, our staff could also clean your place. Then, kindly book this service ahead of time.
